Non-native. A "belly flower." Also called Suckling Clover or Shamrock Clover. One of several common tiny yellow flowers. The Hop Clover flower heads look like tiny yellow versions of typical clover flowers. In the flowers of the Bur Clover, also tiny, you can see the familiar banner and keel of the pea family clearly. You may also find its seeds which are small burs. |
